Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Consultant

We are actively seeking an experienced **Oracle E-Business Suite Consultant** to join our team and support complex implementations, ongoing system optimization, user training, and production support for Fortune-level organizations.

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades (R12 to latest), and post-go-live support

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; perform gap-fit analysis and recommend best-practice solutions

- Configure and customize core EBS modules (Financials: GL, AP, AR, FA, CE | Supply Chain & Manufacturing: OM, INV, WIP, BOM, PO, Costing | Projects, etc.)

- Design and build interfaces, data conversions, custom reports, workflows, and extensions using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, and Web ADI

- Provide day-to-day production support, troubleshoot and resolve critical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive measures

- Develop and deliver comprehensive end-user training programs, create training materials, quick-reference guides, and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions

- Support testing (unit, integration, UAT), data migration, and cutover activities

- Collaborate with clients, functional teams, and technical resources to ensure successful project delivery and high user adoption

🛠 Technical & Functional Requirements (Must-Have):

- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 (strong preference for recent projects)

- Solid expertise in at least 3–4 core modules (Financials + SCM/Manufacturing highly desired)

- Strong PL/SQL, SQL, and performance tuning skills

- Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow Builder, and personalization

- Proven track record in system integrations (APIs, REST/ORDS, EDI, file-based interfaces)

- Experience in production support, patching, cloning, and upgrades

- Familiarity with EBS architecture, security, and auditing best practices

- Excellent client-facing and communication skills (able to translate technical concepts for business users)

- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and results-oriented mindset

- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently or in team environments

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

⭐ Nice to Have:

- Oracle EBS certifications

- Experience with Oracle APEX, ADF, or Oracle Cloud ERP migration/hybrid environments

- Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, or financial services industries

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript or infrastructure concepts

- Must currently reside in the United States

- U.S. Citizen or valid Green Card (no exceptions, no visa sponsorship)

- Verifiable, recent experience in Oracle EBS implementation and support

- Professional-level English (spoken and written) – client-facing role
